[ SHARE ] MALAYSIA HAUL June 2015!

Just wanted to keep it short for this post, because I told you guys a lot of story in the previous post about my trip and so on~ If you are interested, you can check here! I wrote a lot of stuff.. Haha... From my stay in KL and then went down to Malacca, and blablabla...

So, let's get back here...
When I went to Malaysia, I didn't make any plan about what I'm going to buy or what I really need, or... which one is only sold in Malaysia and not in Indonesia.. I was just too excited about this trip, and thanks to my aunt and my parents for giving so much for me for shopping... But.. I didn't consider it as shopping anyway.. It's too little.. LOL~ Unlike how I used to do..

The second picture is the combination of what my bestfriend and I bought. Yup, we went to our (or may be "my") favourite store, and visiting in one shopping mall is not enough. I was so happy to find Bath & Body Works was ON SALE. I was thinking a lot about trying their product other than hand sanitizer and lotion.

Watsons

 Wet tissues and nose pore pack strips are definitely my absolute favorite from Watsons! Their wet tissues are just great, with no alcohol, smells good and they have a lot of types for this.. I've been using their tissue starting from last year until today, and actually there is one Watsons too nearby my hometown, but I just can't help my hand not to take this cuties.. Haha.. And and.. Their pore pack is better than Biore, noted~

Daiso

 From Daiso, I ended buying only these two. Due to my obsession these days with cleansing wipes and cotton pads. Yes I'm telling you honestly here. There are only few drug stores or may be companies who produce cleansing wipes, other than Pond's, which is also my favorite and it is recommended too if you are interested. That goes the same to cotton pad too... I was just crazy to find cotton pads here and there to compare which one is good. Indonesia do not have cotton pads like this too.. I'll show you next post..

Yes, you saw cleansing wipes again.. -_- Hahaha.. Sorry for my obsession~ That time, Elianto was the only cosmetic shop who threw a quite great deals for almost every single product! From 10%, 20%, 50%, 70%, Buy 1 get 1, and just woww.. So many things here I bought for only RM10 (each), except the masks, because 1 box contains 10 and I already distributed (lol, I mean gave away) to my Mom and friends, and only 5 or 6 left.. Anybody may have different opinions, but I think Elianto is the best alternatives (in price, especially) if you need to buy an affordable cosmetic or skincare product - Korean cosmetic. I guess I went to Malaysia a little bit early before their annual mid-year sale, so that's why I can't get much~ I was just looking for SALE items, haha..

You may wonder why I only bought such a few from ETUDE HOUSE. Only 1 mask and 3 hair treatments? Yes..... 'cause it was only RM5 / each. Well, I checked their local website regularly to know what are their current promotion. But these 2, are the only I things I was interested. The rest I can buy online, it will be cheaper. So, again, you saw cleansing wipes and cotton pads! Hahaha.. But this is the last one, don't worry.
The cotton pad is from The Face Shop, compared to the other two above, this one is the most expensive and the least, in terms of amount. LOL. However, I'm currently using it and I think it's different than the other two.. Review will be up in future!

These things above I picked it from random drug store, like SaSa, guardian, and even Pasar Malam (night market)!! LOL~ Like SNP Animal Character Mask, well guys.. If you are following the trend, this type of mask is currently a hit in the market, and The Face Shop already has it in the store, and the price.. Well, this one is quite expensive, but knowing the fact that I will look like a monster when I'm wearing it, just wow... Just assume it's worth my money.. Haha. And then My Beauty Diary mask is also recommended and affordable! It's also another option other than ETUDE HOUSE or Innisfree may be.. This mask is made in Taiwan, and I swear it's great!!!

[ SHARE ] Another Journey to Malaysia!

Hi readers! I'm truly truly sorry for not updating anything for these 2 months, 'cause I was a little screwed up with my schedule! Well... Anyway, these 3 months until September will be my last term in the college before another 3 months for internship.. Time flies so fast...
For the whole June, I was doing my final assignment and also preparing for my final exam, and after that 2 weeks of full holiday, and I went to Malaysia for a week, and which! I'm going to spill everything about my trip in this post! Hope you read until the end okay... LOL.. And the following week, I went to other city in Indonesia for another chapter of holiday with my cousins, and after that.. my new classes started~ May be, because I'm on my last term, I'm a little bit more busy than previous terms. I got hectic assignment here and there, but! Surprisingly, I slept too much.. And this body is going to be fat :'(
And today..! You know what guys, I just had my mid-term exam but luckily there is none tomorrow, so I decided to do my blog!

Thanks for your patience guys, and I hope you don't leave me.. LOL~ Thank you so much for always reading my posts. And so, for today's story.... it's about my HAUL! Mostly... When I went to Malaysia on June 22nd - June 27th.. Too short isn't it? :'( I know..... I wish I could stay longer...

I guess it was a big mistake to book my flight at night hours, because it's just sucks! I wasted one day already! :'( and I just realized that... -_- I departed from Yogyakarta around 5pm, and reached KL around 8.30pm (local time), two-and-a-half hours flight. The new terminal (yes I said new) is really really big. KLIA2 is still considered new. It took me around 1 hour to go out from there -_- So like, more or less around 2km of walking. Yes, walking! It's so unfortunate that there's no shelter car, or what they usually used to give the elders a ride.. Because my Grandma's friend was with us, so, I felt bad but I can't do anything, because there was no one there..! Like, only toilet workers, in a big hall, imagine that... And it was so tiring, even I felt that as a person who is much younger than her..

Let this be a lesson for you.. No wearing fancy high heels. Bring less stuff in your hand (no luggage or whatever). Look for the securities if you need help like, giving your grandparents / parents a ride until the luggage claim or even exit door. Well, in fact I saw a small indoor car there..

I booked 3 rooms in Tune Hotel Downtown. Remember, it should be downtown...
1 double room for my aunt and my grandma's friend, 2 single rooms for my best friend and I. Yes, we stayed in a separate room, due to sudden reservation of my grandma's friend, like, she suddenly wanted to join us, that goes the same for my best friend too. At first I only reserved the double room for me and my aunt, but then.. Yeaaa.. That happened. However, as a Hospitality kid, I'm just gonna say that Tune Hotel Downtown has the best service for such a budget hotel! I booked 3 rooms from Traveloka , and it was really cheap even though I booked the room 1 month before... People say that the hotel is not really good, because they have a bad experience like losing their stuff or whatever, but the main thing is, you should take care of your own thing, don't scatter it all over the bed when you're out, because every day, your room will be cleaned! Even without you make a request!

Tune Hotel Downtown is so close to 2 shopping malls I guess, and one of them is most recent one! And other than that, you are just so close with Monorail station (Medan Tuanku) and from my room, I get to see KL tower everyday!! Best view ever~
By riding monorail, you can go to Bukit Bintang directly without changing to RapidKL. I only mention Bukit BIntang, because it's my favourite place~ I always have to go there anytime I visit KL. Bukit Bintang is the heaven for shopping ladies.... Haha. From H&M, ZARA, Vincci, Forever 21, and a lot more are in there! This is recommended places for shopping, especially if they are throwing seasonal fantastic sales!! That's just.. HEAVEN! Hahaha..

Pavilion, Bukit Bintang

I have the chance to visit a quite new shopping mall, I guess, other than Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Times Square and Mid-valley.. It's Nu Sentral!! You have to go to the most end station, KL Sentral.
Now they have this shopping mall as a "bridge" between the monorail station and KL Sentral itself.. And I found Bath&Body Works!! And they were on SALE!! Wew.. Sorry~ Just need to mention it.. Haha

My stay in KL was really pleasant, and mostly it was thanks to Tune Hotel Downtown for having such a great strategic location! And also Traveloka for the cheap return tickets and hotel reservations! Tune Hotel has really great single room, and I guess I would just book that room again in future even though I travel with friends.. I prefer to have private room than share share with somebody.. Haha

Moving on, to another city called Malacca... 2 hours from KL by bus. It's where I used to stay for 4 and half years and Malacca has changed a lot! But.... not really... I still love the atmosphere, the food and basically it was still the same, but what I like about Malaysia (tourism side), especially Malacca, is that within 2 or 3 years, they always do some renovations in their shopping malls, streets... and... somewhere.. LOL.. I only pay attention to the shopping malls, so yeah.. hahaha. Malacca is also less hectic and less traffic than KL. There are lots of hotels near the shopping malls, from budget hotel to 5 stars hotel...
If you want to explore the tourist destination, I suggest you to find a hotel near Jonker Walk, Malacca Raya, Kota Laksamana, and Mahkota. Other than that, if you need to ride a taxi, not only Malacca, but all over Malaysia, you can use MyTaxi. Follow the instructions, and the "personal driver" will call you back in a mean time~

Jonker Walk only open on weekend as a night market, starting from 6 or 7pm until 11pm. Other than that, you can only explore their mini shops which mostly sell souvenirs. Delicious food, cheap stuff, a lot of things are there.. Not much.. But it can satisfies your hunger! I was really craving for their dim sum, too good~

[ REVIEW ] & Rose Flowering Nails in #2 Velvet Rose by ETUDE HOUSE

This line, came soooo loooooooooong ago..
AND instead of trying to buy their lip product, I had no idea why I chose this tho', hahaha.. So, if you still remember and regularly read every post on my blog, last year on November, I went to Malaysia for my sister's graduation, only for 2 days, but I used all of money for buying a lot of drug store's skin products!
They had a pretty good deals everywhere that time, from drug store and also ETUDE HOUSE. I still remember that time that I wasted my money a lot on Watsons, and only RM50 left in my wallet when I went to ETUDE HOUSE, luckily, the deals were fantastic, like Buy 1 Get 1, 50% discount, 70% discount, and others.
This color is gorgeous that I can't resist or can't get away from it!

The box... How do I say.. It's really thick cardboard, it's like a high quality cardboard. I can feel it! Hahaha, and the box is pretty too, isn't it?
So, I think this came out on autumn two years ago? This product is indeed a bit old, but since so many girls love their lip tints, only lip tints stay in the market until today. I have to admit that their lip colors are all so adorable too! I'm planning to buy it, but still don't know yet when I'll buy it..
I'm planning to travel to Malaysia again next month, and it's Ramadhan season, and I guess, not only cosmetic shops but clothing shops too will throw out some sales!

Back to the nail polish story. I think they have 2 types of kit for this nail kit, and that time, only no. 2 left so I just grabbed it. It was only RM19.90 that time after discount, and for in store, this price is quite worth it, and actually in Indonesia, for some online shop, this price is quite normal, or in fact some online shops may be selling this for  more expensive price.
So, if you want to travel to a country or somewhere, where everything is cheap when SALES are everywhere.. coming to Malaysia is my recommendation. Indonesia? Not really... Hahaha *no offense

They have 2 types of stickers and honestly, I like the second one better than the first one.. It's more like artistic and crowded, so, this sticker will literally becomes the highlight of your nails!
And look at the different of size for each sticker.. You know.. Some sticker, I don't know where I saw it, but the difference between biggest and fattest finger until the thinnest finger is so big, and only 5 stickers provided.. So, it's like, "if it's not fit, then it's your problem, should... I.... care....? :P "

I love the red color (left) one! Don't you think it's so pretty? Hahaha.. Yeah right.. This is the red color that I personally love. I don't really like it if it's too bold. And however, the lavender or pale color is so cute too..
Just conclude that I love both of them.. Haha

Dear guys, you may not get this anymore because ETUDE HOUSE possibly has discontinued this product. Sad~ Just take it for your reference in future.
Since in 2014, I don't think they launch a product for autumn, so I guess this year they would..

This is my OWN hand!

This is my friend's hand. LOL. Yup! She admits that her nails are more ugly than mind. And I didn't have the skill to be a nail artist either.. Ckckck. It was not purposely done this way okay~

It's matte nail polish!! OMG! I guess this is my first time having a matte nail polish! And this is such a beautiful red, especially when you put it on!
The lavender color is also cute and adorable. I guess these 2 colors are so universe.. Suitable for tanned skin or fair skin, and to be honest I'm in the middle of fair and tanned, but seriously everything turns out better! I really really love it, especially the red one!

It's hard to paste the sticker, so we decided not to do it.. Sorry guys! Look from other blog, kay?! :D

PROS:
1. The color is to-die-for to be honest. It's hard to find this gorgeous red, unless if you talk about O.P.I

2. Cheap? Not talking after discount, I believe before discount, the actual Korean price is still affordable

3. The stickers! Gotta praise the one who design it. Not only the art but also the size!!! Good job!! Love yaa!!! xD

4. Since this is matte, so it dries faster and doesn't even need a fan or cooler to dry your finger

5. Universal color. Suitable for any type of skin color!

 
CONS:

1. Not really cons, but this line has discontinued, so..... Hahaha. You should wait for next season..
DO I WANT TO REPURCHASE? 

No. No. No..

This will lasts for more than 2 years... Hahaha.. I'm a nail polish junkie, but to buy another nail kit, I gotta think twice, 'cause I have lots of it in my closet

[ REVIEW ] Gold Racoony Hydro Gel Eye & Spot Patch by Secret Key

Some people who are too hardworking, usually have panda eyes, or swollen and dark eye bag, but surprisingly and thank goodness for that, that I've never have such thing since I was born until today..
I'm not that hardworking type that I should do everything perfectly. Well, I want what I do to be always perfect, but due to laziness or whatever, sometimes I don't do until maximum.. Okay la.. Let's say like final project... Some people work for it until they mentally worn off and that panda eyes appear..
I can't really do that tho'. I still care about my health.. ***lame** hahaha.. Other than that, if I have to stay all night doing projects or homeworks, the next day I won't be able to concentrate on anything.. and yawn all the way........
That's my story.............

I still have no idea why I bought this, and moreover, this is also the first product from Secret Key that I bought. I thought that it's really worth it. Indeed it's really worth it! LOL
If I'm not mistaken, it was around IDR150,000 or IDR155,000. Around... Less than $14, and it has a lot of patches..
/// This contains 60 pieces eye patches, means 30 pairs, and 30 pieces spot patches for dark spot or acne marks. It is made of gel, and that's why the name is like that, and the color is gold. ///

Back then, I usually buy a pair when I feel like I wanna use it, and usually I bought it in ETUDE HOUSE, and even for 1 pair of eye patches, I gotta admit that it's quite expensive if I want to buy tons of it..
Let's check this further...

Roughly saying, the steps are basically like...
1. Cleanse your face with cleanser and toner (of course..)
2. Take out the patches using the spatula for hygienic purposes
3. Place the patches onto below your eyes
4. Wait for 20 - 30 minutes and take it off. Massage the area with remaining solution and let it absorbed onto your skin

Korean explanation all the way and all the side of the box. No English.
May be it's because Secret Key is not that well-known yet for foreigners, unlike other brands.
I guess, Secret Key should take an advantage of this. Korean products are now situated anywhere! Girls go for them because it's affordable, cute but still high quality. And if in actual (Korean) price they are this cheap, they should go for international market. Competition will be tough tho' but they should go for it.

The container is quite big as you can see.. And the container is only an ordinary white and made of plastic. And.... Spatula is provided! The spatula is quite big too.. Hahaha, and they have another lid too to cover the patches, and remember also not to throw away the lid...!!!

It's gold patches! And it's thinner that I thought...
Make sure to place back the lid after you take the patches. It has the solution underneath to keep it wet and moist.
(O) They look like this.. The circle one is the patch you use for curing blemishes, and smile-shape one is for under your eyes.

3 T's (Tiny, Thin, and Transparent) and Gold~ LOL

I purposely make my eyes tired, but not to the extent where it get swollen, for this demonstration. Hahaha.. But you don't have to do it of course.. Just use it like for weekly or monthly treatment, when you feel like your eyes are worn out after staring at the computer screen for so long. I guess is good too... 

After using, I can feel my eyes felt a little fresh and moist. And massage the left residue by simply pat pat with your fingers. And then, I recommend you all to apply an eye cream after that.. And the next morning, you can feel a slight different! :D Have fun trying this cutie!


PROS:
1. Affordable. Try to count it~ It's even more cheaper than ETUDE HOUSE
2. The smell is not too strong
3. You can feel the difference on the next day
4. Are 3 T's a complain? Not really.. Since it's so tiny, so it doesn't feel heavy on your eyes

CONS:

1. It's hard to find it, I know. Only 1 shop has this in Tokopedia, and even today, this shop doesn't have it anymore. 

2. However, even if it's so tiny, accidentally, you can torn it with your nails. Well, my nails were quite sharp that time when I picked this

DO I WANT TO REPURCHASE? 

Not really.... This will lasts for a very long time..

[ REVIEW ] Color in Liquid Lips in RD301 by ETUDE HOUSE

I recommend you to click this first, before reading the rest of my post.. Please~~~

Red color is so bold, and this is my first time buying the boldest red color for my lips. And for a second, I thought that I will look older than my age. Even without it, indeed I'm a bit look older because of my body size.
I really wanna have at least 1 red lipstick. Bold red! I usually borrow my Mom's one, but only for fun, so I didn't really have the guts to go out with red lips. Everyone would calls me "Madam.." which I hate the most.. In the middle of confusion, whether I should get 1 or not.. This line appears.. Hahahaha.. So, my desire has been staying in my mind for almost half a year!

I was planning to buy a lip tint, red lip tint. You guys, ETUDE HOUSE freaks should know which lip tint is so well-known and best seller. That small tube, and has vampire-red color. Okay, I was planning to buy that one because it's cheap and glossy too. I had a lip tint once back then, and I really liked it a lot!
But since this product was quite a hit after launch, well, is it really a hit? Hahaha.. But some girls really love it though..

I don't need to re-write, do I?Finally I found a good spot in my house, with perfect light, to capture every angle! Haha

This packaging is really to-die-for! It's adorable, isn't it? Be honest guys~ Hahaha.
At first glance, you will think that it's just an ordinary lipstick in an transparent tube, and what you have to do is just pulling it out, and.. wallaaa.. Lipstick-shape appears! At first, I thought so too..
But...

It's just like a typical lip gloss with a brush to apply on. Hahaha.. But as you can see there, it's not really a pointed brush like we used to, but it has a hole, or whatever at the center of it. Just like what you read on the box. It looks like a water drop, which is a bit unusual for ETUDE HOUSE, as far as I know..
By the way, it smells great! Just like a candy, as usual.. And I love it! Compared to Color Lips-fit , this one smells even better.. So addictive, kinda.

 

I guess, Color in Liquid Lips only provide a bright colors, like for girly and fresh color. They even have purple man! Bright or neon purple I guess, which is for me, still hard to pull it off!

As for the color and consistency, it's so creamy but not really to the extent like lip cream. It's pretty pigmented and easy to blend.

It seems to fade a little after I spread it widely, but actually, the color is the same when you apply it on your lips. No joking..

I don't know how you call it guys, but it's actually not glossy, but... shining? 

My special suggestion, when you want to apply this, you would have to listen to f(x) _ Shadow to get that fun feeling! Hahaha.. Seriously!

PROS:
1. Better buy this instead of lipstick man... Really

2. The hole on the brush makes it even easier for me to apply color. Really. I don't know why.. May be it's because the brush is wider than what we always use

3. Cheap? I guess.. It's still affordable, compared to buy an ordinary-container lipstick

4. CUTE CUTE CUTE!!!!

5. Smells great!

CONS:  1. It's kinda personal actually. Since the brush is too big, so I can't really reach the lip line, otherwise I would mess up everything.. This thing, once it applied, it's a bit hard to erase it even with water only.. Just like for this review, I quite had a hard time to wash it off. Hahaha.. But so far, it's really good and I love it!

DO I WANT TO REPURCHASE?
Not really. But that doesn't mean I dislike the product, but for ETUDE HOUSE, usually I always buy another new product when they launch something.

I don't really like to buy more than one of a same product, even though the colors are different, unlike some people (I'm sorry if it's kinda offensive) when ETUDE HOUSE launches a lip product line, then they will buy like 5 of them.. And then, end up throwing them away because they want to buy another new line.. -_- Gee... Don't be like that okay..
