[ REVIEW ] Color Lips-fit in BE101 by ETUDE HOUSE

My NYX butter lip cream is almost gone, and I guess that buying another same color is too boring. As long as it has mixture of pink and nude, duh... I guess I'm not into it again..
So now, I try to get a fresh color, suitable for summer, orangee~ Wew..

 

I have always wanting to buy this!! Like heck!!! This line is sooooo tempting! They have many colors and it's really nice when you apply it, they said.. I've seen a lot of reviews about this and I guess purchasing 1 piece is fine.. I have a bunch of lip stain and I don't know when it will finish.. I just can't wait! ETUDE HOUSE at least launch a new product, mostly lip stain like two or three times a year..
You can't just simply buy everything without considering the old one right?

As usual, pretty box, pretty packaging, everything is always pretty... The container is made of.. plastic? LOL I always mention  plastic wherever I'm writing, I just have no idea what it is in English, but it's plastic and it's really handy!

You see the word "See-thru" ? Right... I just noticed that and I'm a bit confused of what that means? So, it's not really cover all part of your lips perfectly? Like, leaving a blank / transparent space, I mean you do try to spread it well, but then......

1. Shake well before use.

Everything is fascinating and I think I won't regret, instead, I will buy more of this..!
So, it comes with a brush and actually I thought at first that actually it's more like bright orange instead of pale orange, the liquid said so can you see? Hehe~ I thought the seller mix the bottle up randomly -_- duhh..

And it's actually true, it is indeed like an orange color..

By the way, the liquid smells like a candy. Cherry? Yeah right.. typical ETUDE HOUSE probably.. The texture is a bit creamy but not too concentrated and or gel-like..
So, based on the pictures above, I just drew one layer three times.. And when you rub it off...

It's a bit waterproof I guess.. I tried to pour some water and rub it lightly but it didn't disappear.
AND... it still smells like a cherry even when it's already dry.. So,, imagine if it's on your lips.. Hahaha! I imagine dirty things.. Hahaha
But, it's really typical for ETUDE HOUSE. Most of their lip products do smell like a cherry or fruits. It's really fresh!

Put it on!

Because of the light, it might looks like I was a bit sick because of the pale lips, but actually it's this color, and actually it's really nice. Unexpected.
It's suitable for lip concealer, like when you want to make gradient lips, this is just more than best! You can apply the bright bright bright orange for inner lips. They have it from the Vivid Pop Stick line..
Note: It's not glossy, so it doesn't leave a lip mark on a cup when you are drinking

PROS:
1. Smells nice! Fresh!
2. Affordable depends on where you buy it! Hahaha
3. Covers well when you spread it evenly, even when the color is pale like this. Pigmented
4. (This color) works as a concealer
5. Handy bottle!

CONS:
1. Again, it's not really a CONS, but you have to apply it in front of a mirror, otherwise you can't cover all over parts, or... You can draw out of the lip line..
2. Dries a bit a slow.. You have to wait for half a minute..

[ REVIEW ] Skin-fit Foundation in N02 Light Beige by ETUDE HOUSE and Comparison with Dior Foundation

Actually my Mom bought this foundation for herself, based on my recommendation. I know.. It seems that she was forced to buy it.. haha.. Read the story here !

My Mom was not really satisfied with this product because the shade is brighter than her skin tone, so it cannot covers well, especially because my Mom has a bigger pores than mine. She gave it to straight away after first trial.. Tsk tsk tsk..

This is the first foundation I really like! Note that it's slightly different with BB cream. In fact, maybe it is not even a BB cream. BB cream has a heavy textures, more like torture, haha kidding.. Just.. the feeling is different when apply those two..
And moreover, I don't have a CC cream, and I saw a lot of videos where they put CC cream as a first base of foundation, and then putting BB cream as another layer.

ETUDE HOUSE
Skin Fit Foundation SPF 30 / PA++ Light Beige N02

This is a fitting foundation that lightly glides onto skin for a clean and smooth look

(Direction) After gently spreading a certain amount onto skin, lightly pat to finish

It comes in a tube. Sparkling dull white tube to be exact, which I find it really cute and pretty! Princess' character right?
It also has a pump on top, unlike the BB cream which is at the bottom.

Before deciding to buy this foundation, my Mom usually used Dior (even until today). My sister gave her last year and she really likes it.. And unfortunately, as time went by, the foundation was almost gone.. So she was frustrated to find the new one..

Comparison

 For your information, Dior is not available anymore in Indonesia. The city where I stay, Surabaya, they have it before in one of the shopping mall, but then no more.. The same situation goes to Bali, where my sister stays.. She said that it's not available anymore for Indonesian, like what? Why?
That's why I told my Mom about this as an alternative, and it's cheaper some more..

The first demonstration was done with my Mom as a performer, and then next is me..

My Mom is a simple woman, so she doesn't really go into a hectic steps of doing a skincare after shower especially, unlike me.. hahaha.. So usually after shower, she sometimes cleanses her face with toner and then straight away to foundation..
Since my Mom has an allergy of certain food, this is just... a temptation for her.. She wants to eat something badly, but have to hold herself back. If she just doesn't care and eat, then she has to drink a medicine. So my Mom is actually looking for a foundation which can covers imperfection / 'pimple' of allergy correctly and she thinks that Dior is way too good for her! Perfect..

So for a testing, I asked my Mom to use the 2 foundations, Dior and ETUDE HOUSE and then go out and expose it to sunlight.
You can see the difference here. Besides the lighting, it also shows that for ETUDE HOUSE, it makes her face a bit pale but still brighter, while Dior matched her skin tone and covered her imperfection, which was mostly on her cheeks.

About the texture....

The light one is ETUDE HOUSE and the brown one is Dior.
Based on my observation, Dior is a bit heavy and thick, but it blends well with the respective skin tone, like my Mom's. The thicker the cream, sometimes it will be too hard to spread it wider. While for ETUDE HOUSE, as the cream matches my skin tone (my hand), it blends really well and both of them dry quickly once you apply.

Foundation is a foundation, for me.. So I need another layer to cover imperfection and darkness on my face, and finally I found the most suitable one, out of these 3 below!

Which one do you think? LOL

Hehe, it's actually depends on what you are going to do that day. If you just need a thick coverage, means attending a short event, the first BB cream will be good. Or, if you just need a simple and light coverage, Garnier is good to go. And, if you are going to be out for a long time, I mean outdoor, the cushion is good to go because it's SPF 50.

For me, honestly, I used to apply Garnier Perfector! Because it's light, and brighten my complexion. In Indonesia, the shade available is only 1, and it matches my skin perfectly. Not too white, not too dark..

I really love how it blends with my skin and covers my imperfection like pimple marks and so on, but this is just foundation! But it has a brightening effect
I hardly describe anything about this, and I think I should recommend it to others who has similar skin tone as mine,


PROS:
1. The texture is not too heavy as a foundation. Even lighter than BB cream
2. It's affordable and cheaper cheaper cheaper than Dior!
3. Blends with my skin and has a good coverage, but not for my Mom
4. Pretty bottle!
5. It's so light! So handy! You can bring it anywhere, and it is suitable to be in your bag too

CONS: 
1. This is not really a CONS, but, I guess this foundation is suitable for teenagers only, around 17 - before 30 years old. And if your pores are quite big, I don't think this will works well for you. But if you insist to buy this, I can recommend you to buy perfector to refine or cover the pores

[ REVIEW ] Moisture Boost Lipcolor Balm in 06 Wine by SILKYGIRL

So, you saw the lip stain from my previous post?
Actually I want to include this as my March Haul, but I received this quite late, like a week ago.
My sister gave me for free! Because her friends brought 3 pieces of this, same color for her and she gave one for my Mom and one for me.. I'm so excited about this product 'cause I've never seen a lip stain that looks like a crayon before, except... Vivid Pop Stick from ETUDE HOUSE.. Lol.. I have that one but it's not suitable anymore for review.. It's almost gone..

So, just assume that this is my first crayon lipstick!
SILKYGIRL has lots of awesome product and I just realize about it like.. this month, after my friend gave me a free eyeliner and now this.. But SILKYGIRL here is not as good as in Malaysia..
They have no proper or details on the wrapper. No box. Just plastic

It's so hard to find a color like this. Exactly like what I want, I don't know if ETUDE HOUSE has it, but this is just so rare, and it appeared in the form of crayon pencil. Unique! And now I'm completely curious with what they have, and planning to check the counter when I bump into it..

Moreover guys, I saw in Google that everyone loves this color.. Saw a lot of blogs and they bought at least 2 colors and one of them is 06 Wine.

It's suitable for any skin colors.. From bright to dark. It just makes your lips stand out!

(from bottom to top) I ran a first layer, and then add another layer, until four times

It's so pigmented and smooth! Unlike ordinary lipstick, and that's why I love it a lot!

I only put foundation here, and I guess this lipstick is suitable for night event or Halloween! I just got that feeling man.. Hahahaha..
In a shape of crayon, it makes us even easier to draw on our lips, especially the outer liner.. You don't need an extra lip liner, trust me. Hahaha.. I really love this!!!
Does any Korean brand sells similar thing as this? Please inform me... Thanks!

2. Waterproof! Actually I forgot this morning that after taking pictures, I straight away went to shower, and it was still there when I poured some water, unless if I rub it off, then it will goes away..

[ REVIEW ] Wonder Pore Freshner (10 in 1) by ETUDE HOUSE

Hey guys, it's almost the end of the month, and I need to update my blog quickly. At least by posting 2 or 3 things today, hahaha..So sorry... No matter it is holiday or school days, the laziness comes anytime.. LOL. I will try not too..

So, this post is about.......... I'm sure every beauty bloggers know, well, I'm sure they all know. It's Wonder Pore freshner!!
I am inspired to do this review quickly after watching The Beauty Breakdown on Youtube. She bought a lot of products when she went to Korea, and she did review this product too. I recommend you to check her out!

What do you thing when you hear about freshner?
Honestly, at first I thought that it is the same as toner like what I used to apply regularly. I've been using this since early March until....... Umm.. my bad, I don't have it right now for holiday. Mom gonna nag me so much for bringing too much stuff on luggage.

My pores are quite big and it literally I assume became a bit worse because back then I've never had a moisturizers before. So, note that putting so much cream like foundation everyday, might makes the pores bigger or your face is going to look a bit dull soon. Unhealthy. Just that.
I thought that by buying this freshner, I don't need a toner anymore, but I'm quite wrong.. 'cause this doesn't really work as a toner..

But first, let's check it out..

I really love the packaging's material, it's not made up paper.... I just have no idea what it is called, but it is safe. If the content spills out, it won't makes the box wet like paper..
ETUDE HOUSE provides details and functions of this product, I just can't read the Korean, so... only English..
And by the way guys, it's the 250ml, not the 500ml. I'm gonna buy the big size one if this product works well until the end.. Hahaa! Just can't wait to finish it quickly!

I'll do this review based on the check-list above. It is the remade of 7in1 Wonder Pore, which is the ancestor LOL, and I think 10in1 version came out 6 months ago? Almost end of 2014 I guess.. So, it's still new, and some online shops put its price a bit higher than the old one, and I'm surprised that some of them still have not updated their product, like wew...

Let's check inside!

The don't make it easy. Haha.. Unline ordinary box / packaging, we have to unwrap this from behind (opposite side), it is like a lock, basically. Hahaha.. Plus point for this! Unique!

So guys, usually I use Pond's toner for cleansing after shower or when I'm a bit lazy to take a shower, and the feeling of wiping your face with toner is....... like... Umm.. You know because of the alcohol. It feels somehow like a friction and hot or whatever. Excuse my language..
Before I bought this, I should be aware of what I'm buying, I don't want it to cause irritation. So I asked my friend who had tried this few years back and she said that it has a "painful" feeling... But the fact is, NOT AT ALL.

This is a total solution product that effectively cleans the inside and outside of pores with its special peppermint extract.
This Freshner balances pH levels, making skin pore like baby skin and preventing skin troubles caused by pH imbalance.

[Direction] (After morning and evening cleansing) Before skincare, dispense a sufficient amount of Wonder Pore Freshner onto the side of cotton pad with holes and gently wipe from inner to outer areas of face

250ml bottle

The bottle is decorated beautifully with the product's detail, and the picture above this sentence is clearly showing that this freshner, is supposed to cleanse the pores by picking out the dirt and bacteria inside. Not really taking it out, but reducing the size until it disappears.
So, the solution is colorless and at first I thought it has no smells..

Since the bottle doesn't really has an English explanation, it's better to keep the box until the product is gone. Who knows may be you want to give this to someone after several using? Hahaha.

Since at first I thought that it is the same like a toner, so I carefully applied it by using a cotton pad. I don't know whether the quality of the cotton pad I used is not good or what, but the solution (on the cotton pad) disappear to quickly before I can wiped all parts of my face, and the cotton pad became rough and it hurts my face a lot :'( Should buy new one.....

The alcohol in it is not too strong as it is in a toner, so now I feel secure to pour it straight away onto my hand, rather than onto a cotton pad. When you wipe you face with it, it feels... cool and refreshing! Especially after shower! I always apply it after shower before putting any cream or moisturizers.

4. Available in online store and offline store. It won't disappear.
5. Additional product for improvement = the corrector and the whipping foam. I guess it really helps. 


CONS:
1. My face is still oily after applying it ( I stay in an air-conditioned room)
2. Honestly, I still need a toner or water cleanser, because basically this is not to wipe your makeup. Well.. I hope you know..
3. Note that different skin type has different effect
