[ SHARE ] My Mom's Birthday on 22nd February and What We Purchased for Her Birthday!!!

Hey girls! Long time no post I guess.. Hahaha
It's already March! So fast..
And I forgot to post things here, so I ended having so many 'waiting list', I mean a bunch of pictures for this blog. Should do it more often.. hmm...

So, today, I'm gonna talk about my Mom's birthday last month on 22nd. Well, like what I used to do, going back hometown, and her birthday was a few days after Chinese New Year, so I got a lot of holiday.. Not really holiday, just because I didn't have class for certain days, so I was completely glad, and even though my unofficial holiday was less than a week, but I decided to went home just for my Mom, hahaha..
After all.. Mothers are the most lovable human being on earth. Love your Mom!

Okay, I successfully convinced my Mom to buy some ETUDE HOUSE products, especially foundation, because hers is almost gone, so I tried to show her a tutorial or demonstration about the foundation from ETUDE HOUSE.. I'll talk about it later...

Actually I bought this separately, but still from the same online shop.

1. I personally bought Aloe Moistfull Soothing Lotion (with my own money), because lately I've been using the Soothing Cream as a night cream and it really works well with my skin, and also it has a nice smell.. Instead of buying the same product, I decided to pick this up, I guess.. No difference... I suggest her to apply it after shower, if possible at night too...

2. This is the foundation I was talking, Skin-Fit Foundation. Actually this one and the sample kit in box was purchased by my Mom's money, LOL.. I'm sorry for having to emphasize that. So yeah..

3. Like 20 line products.. Have you ever of it? If you haven't, may be it is because the line is quite old, 'cause I hardly find it anywhere. I don't know much about it, but I guess it will be useful for my Mom, even though she is nearly 50 now, but whatever... As long as it is possible to moisturize or take care of her skin, why not?

And the rest is just a sample of the well-known BB cream and skin volumer.

Let's check one by one!

For the foundation, why I picked this up, is because....
First, my Mom is still not aware of ETUDE HOUSE product. She just knows that I use.. She has my lip balm, she saw my BB cream, BB cushion, lipstick, eyeliner, face mask, and others. And then....
Second, is quite cheap..
Third, her foundation is running out so she needs foundation quickly..
Fourth, she doesn't like my BB cushion.... LOL. Last time I tried to apply it on her face, but it didn't go well with her skin.. So, hands up! -_-

I chose the lighter shade, I guess it's no.1 light beige..
Honestly, at first my Mom told me not to buy it if the natural shade is not available.. But.... rebel... I keep insisting to take the the light shade and I don't care.. I just simply told her, "Take it as a trial, c'mon"

And she agreed.....

I like it a lot. The container is so pretty and cute, and it comes with a pump, just like other foundation I assume it should be.. LOL, with SPF 30, suitable for sunblock.. If you forgot to put another cream on top, with this only is just fine...


And then about the Aloe Moistfull Soothing Lotion... It was also very cheap in an online shop I bumped into, and I ordered it in advance, so that it would arrive before Chinese New Year holiday..

Comparison with the foundation's container.....

I'm sure everyone knows this, and I'm just wondering if anybody out there, uses all the products from Aloe line?!! If there is... You are just completely amazing... I'm sure your skin is so lively and healthy!!
Basically all the creams, gel and lotion have the same function, but for the best treatment, you at least should have 3 to 4 products from this line..

Forgot to tell you guys, my Mom has an allergy of seafood, chicken and other stuff too, and the effects would show up on her face, just like pimples on her cheek.. So, I can't simply buy stuff which only makes her allergy worse, like makeup or whatever.. my Mom is not a makeup junkie too, so thank goodness for that....
Moreover, my Mom has a very large pores, mostly on cheek area, because she never take care of her skin when she was young, and all her siblings have similar big pores too. I'm sure luxury or basic face treatment didn't really exist back then, like 30 years ago. So, my Mom told me that I am lucky to be born on this generation..
That's why I bought this Aloe Soothing Lotion..

The bottle is made of... glass? I don't know how to call it, but the glass that doesn't easily break when you dropped it.. I don't know.. It's really thick glass.

Honestly, I bought this because I, myself can't wait to try this out and putting it on my blog.. Hahaha. But I need to go back first.. LOL


And then, lastly... Like 20 Early Anti Aging Care

My Mom is not... young anymore, hahaha.. Next year she would be 50, and that makes me sad, really. But I just want to recommend this to her, at least.. "Mom, do this, so your skin would be healthy!"
Usually, when woman gets older, wrinkles started to show up, especially around eyes, that's why I think it's better to keep your eyes healthy with a cream or other treatment...

Like 20 Early Anti Aging Care ==== Ceramide and Murumuru Oil...

Not every online shop has this, and it is sad.. Nowadays, the girls are gonna be aging, especially those who are almost 30, I'm sure they need this type of product, and ETUDE HOUSE should produce or re-create this product.

I'm honestly excited to post about this product today, and the level of my excitement is the same when I was trying this product!
One sentence to begin with... I simply fall in love with this product!

It's Dust Cut skin care!!

If you read my concern about my skin irritation, at first I thought that it was because I didn't have enough "barrier" on my skin, while every day I used to walk everywhere, especially for class.. and even though my college is just 5 minutes by walking from my house, but, the small road used to be busy on week days and many vehicles pass by, motorcycle, car, van, and even bus sometimes.. And sometimes too, I've to walk somewhere else for getting lunch or something else!

Let's take a look first...

The box was not in a good condition anymore, and I don't know why. Oh! And I decided to buy the trial kit at first was because, I still didn't know whether the formula or ingredients would go well with my skin (allergy), and then, if the smell of this product is too strong, I thought I won't buy anymore..
So, to prevent waste, I tried to purchase the trial kit, even though IT WAS INDEED A WASTE too.
It was quite expensive for just a trial kit..
May be the online shop I bumped into, is the only one who got this product.. So yeah, I tried to understand LOL.

I don't know whether other brand also has this kind of product or not, but from ETUDE HOUSE, this line is the only one that focuses on protecting your face from fine dust.

Note:
Environmental dust nowadays is way way smaller than before, because of the bad pollution in the air

Actually this is more suitable for traveling isn't it? For sure you will be out for the whole day and doing most of the things outdoor. This is my recommendation.

For you information, I've been trying this product a few days before, exactly few days after I took these photos. So, my recommendation is really really gonna help you.

First... Micro Foam Cleanser!

This is the cleansing foam, and I honestly really recommend this for girls or guys that mostly are doing outdoor activities for half day may be.. 8 hours? 12 hours?
I've been trying to wash my face with this (with make up on my face and of course the finish cream), and then usually after washing my face, I will do another cleaning with toner, surprisingly..... I found almost no residue on the cotton...
Usually it was like brownish or greenish something...

It smells great, not too strong and I think it is more concentrated than my usual cleansing foam!
Well, I did not try to demonstrate it, 'cause it will be too troublesome, my phone will be wet or whatever..

Second..... Facial Mist!

It's incredibly small but cute! Am I complaining? Sounds may be.. Hahahaha
It's really really small and adorable, but I have no idea what the three small circles tell you, so, please help me to find it out! Thank you~

I tried to spray this on my face, but I didn't feel the tightening at all or make my face stiffs for a while, and I think almost no smell detected by my nose, but I think this thing does a great job too for forming the outer barrier. Recommended!
And yeah, the container, I think is made up strong plastic? Well, at first I thought it is aluminium..

Last.......... Finish Cream!

This is too...... too............ small.......

I love the smell though, it's not too strong. I'm sure almost all the girls really like skincare with scent, but not too strong, otherwise our face would more smelly than our body.
The texture is just like other cream, I think the moistfull cream that I posted the other day, I guess it's almost the same...

Apply the cream before putting on foundation or make up!!!

So, guys, I came to this experiment, because I was 'inspired' by f(x) Sulli's video for Get it Beauty Self . You can understand further about how to use this 3 products above, plus the face mask..
This experiment is really really interesting..~!!

Take out your make up weapons! Mainly, take some that has waterproof function.. Such as eyeliner (gel or tint), eye brow pencil, and whatever...

1. Without Dust Cut Finish Cream

2. With Dust Cut Finish Cream

Note: Apply the cream first on your bare hand (no lotion or anything, just the cream). Wait for it until that part becomes a bit dry as it absorbs onto your skin, and then draw a line with your eye liner.

After that, rinse off with water.. Luke warm water is fine too..

I swear guys, I didn't rub it hard to pill it off (no. 2)!! Just a light touch and it's gone!

1. Nice smell! Not too strong or less
2. I know the full-size is quite expensive, as it has 3 products. But for protecting your face better from fine dust, this thing does a great job! You won't regret!
3. Successfully form that "barrier" on my face
4. This product line comes in different things, not only one, I mean, cleansing foam, facial mist, cream.. and mask sheet


CONS:
1. No SPF. So you gotta apply another foundation with SPF or BB cream after that



DO I WANT TO REPURCHASE?
Yes!! I'll buy the full-size product!!

[ REVIEW ] Aloe Moistfull Soothing Cream and First Essence by ETUDE HOUSE

I'm sure this product is already common among ETUDE HOUSE's skincare lovers..
The smell, the container, the multi-function purpose, and so on...

It's the Aloe Moistfull Soothing cream!

I'm too late isn't it? Hahahah
People have began to do reviews about this since ages ago, while me only start now.. Hahaha. That's because I bought this around 4 months ago, together with the Pink Powder Spot by AC Clinic, but since then on... I haven't tried to put it on my face, because I still have a lot of creams and other skincare treatments in my closet, so I was planning on doing it this year...

I read a lot of reviews about this product, Collagen cream, and also White cream, and then I decided to purchase one of those, which is the Aloe, and then... as far as I know, for oily skin type, this is really suitable for you, because it doesn't leave oily or greasy residue that makes your face over glowing, but simply absorbed onto your skin quickly!
Collagen line is for dry skin type, because the function is basically like to moisturize and makes your dry skin feel alive.. for White line I don't know much... but mainly for brightening or whitening...

If you have an oily skin like mine, you should this post until the end.. Hahaha!

These days, I've been using this product a lot and it's really a-must for me!

0 For the essence, I use it as a moisturizers before putting on my make up, or at least before starting my morning skin care routine. Umm.. How do I say this.. My air-con is always on in the morning, so after bath, I would feel the chill down up my feet, and I feel refreshed! But not my face!
My face would be very dry and stiff. That's why the essence is needed to re-hydrates my inner skin I and moisturizes the outer part, just to look healthy.. bet you all do..

0 For the soothing cream, now I use it as a night cream before bed time, and it really works well in cooling down my skin! Well, I usually use an ordinary night cream for my last treatment before I go to sleep, but the next morning I found that my skin turns to be sooooo oily and wet, like I'm sweating the whole night. But this cream doesn't. The next morning my skin would be not so oily, but so moist like I just put it a minute ago.. Love this a lot!

The product comes with a white spatula. People say that you can dig the cream up with the spatula, then you can keep the cream hygienic and away from bacteria, but... what I can say is... It depends on how you treat the spatula too...
1. Do you always clean it?
2. Do you always put it on a clean and dry place?
3. Do you use the cream on it completely or leave some residues on the spatula?


That really matters dearests....

So, the container of the soothing cream is made of glass, while the essence is made up plastic.
In a drama To The Beautiful You, starring f(x) Sulli and SHINee's Minho, there was a scene where Sulli accidentally dropped her collagen cream when she was arguing with Minho's girl friend, and... it broke and rupture completely...
So, be careful not to drop your container!

The texture of the essence is really light, but not like a water or syrup.. Slightly lighter than syrup I guess..
The essence easily dries up once you apply it on your skin. So, you don't have to wait too long...
I really love this, and it smells not too strong too~

While for the cream....

It smells good and I really love the smell. Well.. I don't know how the Aloe smells.. but whatever.. And I guess I took too much from the container, only to put it on my hand.. Duhh...... -_-

For the texture, it is of course creamy, but even lighter than my night cream... And it has cooling sensation a bit. I'm truly sorry I didn't put the picture after I blend the cream all over my hand, 'cause I guess I accidentally deleted it or whatever...
But it blends perfectly and dries quickly, leaving your skin moisturized and smooth. Wuu! I really love it a lot...

I guess I'm gonna throw my night cream away.. It contains paraben even though it comes from a well-known brand, but yeah.. My skin is more precious, so that's why..

Once again, I will say, this product is suitable for oily skin like mine..!!
If your skin is dry, you should pick up the collagen line.. Basically the two have the same function..

Remember not to apply any skincare that contains paraben!!

2. It's pretty affordable for a product that has no paraben
3. Blends perfectly and dries up easily
4. Multi-function cream. You can use it as your moisturizer or night cream, or may be lotion for your hand and neck..


CONS:
1. Fragile container.............. LOL

Yes!! But I'm still curious about the collagen line, so I guess I need to purchase that in future
