Salah satu kendalaku saat ini, yaitu... Selalu ketinggalan! Ketinggalan apa?
Well, I'm always late to buy seasonal product on time! (×̯×) Especially ETUDE HOUSE, which always have around, 2 - 3 seasonal products in ONE year.

Even though I'm really a fan of it, buying some of their (sometimes not necessary) products is so troublesome! Some of them can stay in my storage box for a long time, and when I want to use it, another product comes out, and I need more than 2 months to finish the currents products! And everything will going round and round like as a yearly cycle. The worst one is the expire date! That's killing me...softly....

From non-seasonal product? BB Cream? Yes.... Lip tint? Yes..... Lipstick? Yes...... Mask Sheet? Yes...... Nail polish? Yes......
Non-seasonal product mean they are always there, always continue producing because it's just too cute and USEFUL! And they know we're always going to buy it because it's 100% necessary!

I know some girls are just too rich, hahaha kidding, it's just that they are sooooo into ETUDE HOUSE, so they don't want to leave out anything behind. This one is a must-buy, must-buy, must-buy, everything! Must-buy. I know it's cute but......... do you really finish every single product? ๏̯͡๏

Now, I'm craving for PRINCESS HAPPY ENDING's lipstick, LOCK 'N SUMMER cushion liner, clay mask by Wonder Pore, and XOXO MInnie's highlighter and blusher, but wait? Is there any money in my wallet?

So girls, I'm really sorry if I can't review seasonal product on time. Have to deal with money I have and also every single thing I have (mask, lipstick, powder, etc) in the storage box.

[ REVIEW ] Alphabet Mask "I Need You, Immortelle!" Mask Sheet by ETUDE HOUSE

In my country, it's almost dawn now, dan aku baru aja (2 jam yang lalu) selesai pakai masker dan langsung buka laptop buat nge-review, hahaha.
So, right now's review is my favorite mask from ETUDE HOUSE, yang masih nge-trend banget sampai sekarang, yaitu ALPHABET MASK! From A - Z! + Heart <3

Cute isn't? And honestly, for me, this is the great invention of ETUDE HOUSE! Now we know which ingredient is suitable for our face, for weekly treatment. For your information too, I haven't tried each one of them from A - Z + Heart, because I think they re-new their old package one and erase this line, which I think so unfortunate :'( Buying 25 masks straight away is so........................... costly, so yeah.
But I still have other alphabets to try on in future! So stay tune!

So now, I'm going to review "I", which is Immortelle. I have no idea what is it, so.... Google on~!

Energizing & Nourishing

I'm using it like two times a week if possible, or sometimes once if I have no time and just too lazy. I love ETUDE HOUSE's mask since the end of 2011. It's cheap and PARABEN FREE. So, seriously this mask should be included in your weekly treatment and make your skin healthy!

So, here is the backside..

This mask sheet contains immortelle (Helichrysum Arenarium Extract), "the immortal flower" that symbolizes full vitality and rich nutrition, revitalizing and nourishing exhausted skin.

(Directions):
1. Apply toner to skin after cleansing
2. Remove mask from pouch and apply to face, placing mask to fit eye and lip area
3. Remove mask after 15 ~ 20 minutes and lightly massage remaining solution into skins with hands

What captured my eyes the most is the word "exhausted skin". Yeah... my skin is pretty 'exhausted' lately, hahaha. Being exposed to sunlight directly, like almost everyday, for about 2 - 3 hours, guess yeah.. pretty exhausted right? Hahaha.
What is the best is to use this mask at night, may be 1 or 2 hours before you sleep? But this is just my suggestion. I told my mom the other day, "It is no use if you use this mask then after that you go out (at noon 12pm and above). Everything will be disappeared and useless!"

So, let's take out the mask...........

 

For you, who are still new with face mask, then it's good too for you. You can see there that there is actually lot of solution in it, jadi masker masih tetap dalam keadaan basah dalam kondisi apapun. Dan wanginya juga harum banget, tergantung bahan dasar yang dipakai. So, my mom told me that it will be such a waste if I dump the mask straight away without taking the residual solution, and so I always do. By patting in on my neck or hand, and even my foot. Moisturizes at the same time right?

You are supposed to wear it for 15~20 minutes, but sometimes I take a bit long until 30 minutes, so until almost completely dry up!
I forgot (again and again) to take a picture of my bare face...

Begin!!

So, here is my picture after I put it on, and you can see that there is a lot of solution from the mask.

My suggestion:
"You will get bored easily and quickly if you have to wait for 20 minutes or more, doing nothing. So, for me, usually I will listen to music or watching Youtube.
How do I know if it's already 20 minutes?
1. When I'm listening to music, I'll put my favorite songs in 1 folder, around 5 - 8 songs (assume each song is 4 minutes)
2. You can put on an alarm (12:00 - 12:30)
3. Playing Facebook or whatever. Time flies really fast

p.s. DON'T WATCH SOMETHING THAT WILL MAKE YOU LAUGH!

After 20 minutes

Nah, you can see the difference clearly right? The solution completely dried up on the forehead part and cheek part. When it goes dry, it won't stick anymore to your skin.

Look! When it dries, it will become something like this. Yes it still sticks on your face but you will feel that the mask is already dry and no more solution left.

So, this is my face after everything was done. I did not add or put anything on my face, and the solution on my face was completely gone

Pat or massage your face lightly so that the remaining (if there is) solution will be absorbed. The massage also will make your face more elastic and relax.

So, feel good huh?

I really love their mask especially this Alphabet mask! I really want to try each one of them, as every one has a different function. Dan kalau aku, personally sih, sukanya masker yang bisa brightening, rejuvenating, nourishing, etc, tapi lebih ke buat wajah yang lelah atau sering terkena debu dan sinar matahari, karena menurut aku itu penting banget buat mengembalikan keaslian kulit wajah kita.


PROS:
1. Cheap ($1 - $2 = Rp15.000 - Rp28.000)
2. Different ingredients, different function
3. Smells great but not too strong

[ REVIEW ] Dear My Blooming Lips Talk Lipstick by ETUDE HOUSE in PK004 and PK005

Hey guys, another review here, and by the way, trust me, if the production of this cutie still continues, make sure you buy this! This is one of ETUDE HOUSE's product that marks the first journey of me, becoming an ETUDE HOUSE's loyal customer until today!
Actually I got this around two years ago. One is from my best friend, while one is from a special gift (purchased! Not free!). So damn old isn't it? Hahaha, but they are still good until today.

This is the picture from ETUDE HOUSE, which they have many colors from one lipstick.
I've thrown away the boxes ages ago, so I just took this from Google.

 I really love the colors, and at that time, my best friend was so into SHINee, so she, after knowing that SHINee was the current model of ETUDE HOUSE, duuhh.. you know what happen next, hahaha. What makes me attracted to this was.... its container! Soft pink with kind of ribbon, and the design of the lipstick (inside) Awhhh.. seriously! I love it! So, I told my best friend to buy it for me for my birthday (What the heck? LOL)

The container is like this, and the color presented on it is exactly what I'm going to review. PERFECT! And the box is exactly like this, except the other one. Tell me, how cute is this? Haha! Who on earth will dare to resist this cute lipstick?!

Honestly, on my first year of senior high school, aku masih gak tertarik sama sekali sama lipstik, karena kupikir semua lipstik itu sama. Pahit, bau gak enak, lembek, yuckz! Just like my mom's lipstick! Dan aku juga gak pernah bayangin bahwa botol lipstik bisa se-cute ini! ETUDE HOUSE... You nailed it!
My best friend bought this when we were still staying in Malaysia, and the price at that time was around RM59 (Rp180.000). That time RM1 is still equal to Rp3.000 or Rp3.100. Sekarang, bahkan ada yang bisa ngejual setengah harga di online shop, tapi original ya. Mungkin karena harga kaunter juga sih, so... yeah... Kita gak pernah tahu soal online shop yang ngejual produk ETUDE HOUSE di sana, karena menurut kita INI sudah murah, hehe, dan juga menghemat waktu pastinya, gak perlu nunggu PO, and the employee also can help us to choose which one is suitable.

The perfume has gone, LOL, like around this year, I think around March, but I've to admit that the smell is great and it stayed on my clothes for a day!

I bought this special package Malaysia for RM29 (Rp90.000) !! Before sale, it was RM99 (Rp300.000) ! Such a big gap isn't? Muahahaha, that was why I bought it straight away!! And that's why too I love Malaysian ETUDE HOUSE more! When they say ON SALE, it's really ON SALE! Huge different between the actual and discount price!

Anyway, look at the design of the lipstick. I took this from someone's blog so credit to the respective owner (thanks dear!)

How cute is this??? Seriously!

See? Even the lipstick is carved so beautifully! It really makes you feel like a princess! Isn't it pretty? I'm sure if you (boys) buy this for your girlfriend, I'm sure she will be damn happy! And will try her best to look more and more pretty when you two hang out!

So, I found this lipstick is different than my mom's, well, other than the cute design of course. The lipstick also has a nice smell but I have no idea how to describe it. IT DOES SMELL, but no so strong, just..... nice. Usually my mom's lipstick is flaccid, like it will easily melt when the weather is hot! Well, what I can say is because my mom always buy local lipsticks -_- So, my lipstick here is more expensive than hers, hahahaha. That tells you the difference.

As you can see, the color of PK004 is similar with the color of my blanket. That color is darker than PK005

Semakin lama, aku jujur aja lebih tertarik sama PK004, karena warnanya lebih tua, dan somehow matches my almost-dark skin. Aku sih seringnya pakai yang tua. Kalau yang PK005, jarang pakai sih, karena warnanya terkesan muda, and somehow I remember my aunt put the same color on her lips, so I think, I kinda look older with soft pink. Tapi sebenarnya tergantung selera dan warna kulit juga sih. I love PK004 more than the other one

Aku pakai keduanya di hari yang berbeda, dengan penampilan yang berbeda. Hahaha

Me, without and with make-up! Hahahaha. But I already showered okay (on both photos)

I've no time to do make-up on left because no battery left on my phone.

I really did look like a lion on the left photo, hahaha. I can't help it but laugh at my own picture. Can you now tell the difference? Maybe my make-up on the right did give a good look, as it matches the color of the lipstick. For clearer picture, you can look at my Instagram photos on @medyachoi_23sept.

 

Nah, on the second photo, I did put BB cream to cover blemishes and whatever, just a slight make-up to make everything A BIT perfect.

If you look at my photo, probably you will think that PK005 (soft pink) will gives you natural look like NYX Xtreme Lip Cream which I did on previous review, but trust me, it's not! Baru sadar juga sih kalau warna kayak gitu ternyata kurang cocok sama kulitku. Aku lebih suka pakai warna tua, 'cause it covers the darkness part of my lips.

    

I hope this photo can tell the difference. LOL

So, it's actually not really soft pink, but kinda pale. I look like a sick person when I wear it, especially when my clothes do not match at all.

Sampai sekarang sih aku lebih suka pakai yang pink tua daripada yang pink muda, karena cocok banget buat semua acara, dan kadang juga aku pakai ke kampus, PK004 really stands out! That's why I love it!

There is another lipstick line came out, Dear My Wish Lips Talk and I can't wait to purchase it, because the container is so dam cute again!! And the colors are similar with Dear My Blooming Lips Talk.

PROS:

1. Cute design!! Pink some more!
2. Affordable (if you purchase online)
3. Many color provided
4. Smells nice but not too strong
5. Doesn't melt easily like other lipstick when you place it on a hot room. But please don't do that!!
6. Vivid and a bit glossy!

[ REVIEW ] NYX Xtreme Lip Cream (XLC04 Buttery Nude)

Since my first post, aku belum bahas sama sekali soal ETUDE HOUSE, Lol! Hahaha. Padahal aku udah janji deh mau sering banget ngebahas itu, grrr! -_- It's because I'm still confused on which one I should I start first. Bahkan untuk post sekarang, tetap aja belum soal ETUDE HOUSE. Awwwhh.. I have a bunch of ETUDE HOUSE and it makes me confused!! -_-

Anyway, today's review is about NYX Xtreme Lip Cream. One word before everything, AMAZING! Here's the picture...

Believe it or not? It's actually my mother's one. SERIOUS! I gave her as a Mother's Day gift, like, almost one year ago. But every time I come back home, I am the one who used it often, like, almost every time I go out then I take this with me. Was planning to say "Mom, can I take this?", but..... Gossshh.. That's a gift I gave her -_- months and months after... Umm, last month, sehari sebelum pulang, aku komplain ke mamaku, "Kok ini gak pernah dipakai sih?", terus katanya gak ada waktu karena udah kebanyakan lipstik.. Duuuhhh -_- Well, that's because at the same day I gave her this, my sister gave her DIOR Red Lipstick! Gosshh ! Such a huge price gap between the two LOL, and my mom uses my sister's one more often, instead mine, ckckck.

Okay, back to the review.. Anyway I love this man. It's quite hard isn't it to find this color? Here's the colors NYX provided..

Mine is Buttery Nude (XLC04) Beige-pink.

I think nowadays girls are so in love with NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream, because of its various colors and it's so pigmented. If my mom doesn't allow me to bring this lip cream, aku udah rencana mau beli Soft Matte Lip Cream, despite of having a bunch of lipstick in my make-up desk, LOL.

I love the applicator, and also the texture. You can see the clear texture when I apply it on my lips. It's amazing you know, because the texture is creamy and thick, and also like with oil? Haha. So you don't have to apply so much because it spreads well. Kamu bisa pakai buat bibir atas bawah dengan amount yang gak terlalu banyak, seperti gambar yang pertama contohnya, yang ada di ujung applicator-nya. But in my case, because I need to show you guys, so I need a bit more to apply so you can see the different.
Owh, anyway, I forgot to snap a picture of my bare lips -_- so sorry

And then, I used the one on my hand (above this paragraph) on my bottom lips..

 

Nah, now you can see that upper lips has nothing, and anyway I was also bare faced (forgot to put on make-up first). I was using the one on my hand on my bottom lips, and in this picture it doesn't show you clearly soalnya maaf ya, tangan cuma dua, dan ngandelin kamera depan buat foto, hahaha. Jadi kadang gak bisa focus.

Next, I put this little too on my upper lips... (I already put on my make-up, a bit messy I know -_- )

 and then spread it on my entire upper lips........

And here's the result after spreading it well on my entire lips. Looks natural isn't it? That's why I love it. 

Nowadays, I guess girls are looking for a natural-color lipstick, so that it fully covers your lips without losing its (lips) original color. If you do like this, then I guess you should pick this. Kayaknya gak nyesel deh aku ngambil ini dari mamaku, hahaha. Warnanya asli bagus banget.
Selain itu, untuk harga cuma lumayan murah. I can say that NYX and elf are affordable if you are looking for high quality make-up, compared to ETUDE HOUSE, hmm.. ETUDE HOUSE is a little bit more expensive, or maybe the same?

For some girls, the packaging is really important, especially if the color or package is eye-catching and unique. For me, yes it is, but it depends on what brands. NYX, elf, MAC, Coastal Scent, etc, are really simple with their design. Typical black box or cover and small mirror inside. The Body Shop, Elianto, and The Face Shop come with their colorful yet simple design. The color depends on the ingredients. Example: Chocolate / Almond as the ingredient, then the box will be chocolate, and so on so forth. While ETUDE HOUSE, they are known for their pink package and also with a cute design, because they are meant for teenager who wants to feel like a princess... Like, "Let me experience it~~~" Hahahaha

In conclusion, I really love this, and I do really want to try other color, but I'm waiting for my whole lipstick to finish, and it's going to take some times~!! :'(
I used to put on lip balm when I have this on my lips (usually after I eat) in order to make it more glossy but not oily! However, It does help this lip cream to stay longer, but yeah, after some times it fades away.

PROS:

1. Cheap in price (approximately $7 - $9 = Less than Rp100.000 in the counter)

2. Pigmented and long-lasting (depends on what you do)

3. Very light and small (easy to carry)

4. Various natural colors are provided

5. Simple design

CONS:

1. The lid is... less tight? Kurang kencang? LOL. Kurang tahu kenapa tapi pernah aku masukin ke dalam tas (tanpa pouch), I just simply put it in, eee.. Pas mau diambil, malah mbeleber di tas, dan hampir aja ngotorin tas :'( So, I guess YOU BETTER DO NOT SIMPLY PUT IT IN in your bag!

2. I can't see the current portion inside, because, I don't know.. Is it the color of the bottle the same with content? I really can't see how much left.. Unpredictable. Haha, Just like mascara.

 DO I WANT TO RE-PURCHASE?

YES! Different color probably!
